While a Seniors’ Presentation night, we couldn’t not take this chance to celebrate the success of our GYL-graduating Under 18s in 2025.
Almost all of this double-winning squad have been at APIA since our first ever Girls SAP program back in 2018. The future is looking bright in our aim to field an all-APIA First Grade team in years to come 🏆❤️🔥
It was incredibly hard to select standout individuals from this incredible team. That’ll be part the reason why we ended out with a joint Players’ Player of the Year vote – between Tahlia Hedley & Lexi Modena 👯♀️

Under 7s to Under 13s 5.30pm start.
Under 14s to Under 19s 6.30pm start.
Our 2026 EDP program has been further expanded to now include Girls Under 7s – Under 19s.
EOI’s are now being taken for our 2026 intake.

With over 100 players progressing into GJDL or NPL programs in the past three seasons, our GEDP Program has found a perfect mix of Individual Development and team success.
Our Girls Elite Development Program has been created to provide clearer and stronger player pathways for aspiring young females.
Ultimately our club’s goal is to provide player pathways into our GJDL Program and select only players from within our own Development programs to ensure our players are playing the APIA way – Fast, Possession based, Attack minded football and best develop and prepare them for the rigours of elite football through our well established and highly successful player pathways program.

Where do we start.. just two goals overall less than a tough and strong Bulls side are the difference between us and a treble. This most persevering of teams gave it their absolute all, but we fall just short in the 2025 NPL.
This team, the APIA Women`s program overall, traditionally has become known and respected for how it picks itself up from the canvas and reaches unprecedented heights and glories. Rest assured this club intends to do no less than that in the year and years to come.
We will be back in the big dance, we will have our day soon. For now this hurts, but we take immense pride and togetherness into 2026 and beyond. Thank you for being the best supporters in this competition.
