With over 100 players selected in GJDL or GYL programs in the past three seasons, our GEDP Program has found a perfect mix of Individual Development and team success.
Our Girls Elite Development Program has been created to provide clearer and stronger player pathways for aspiring young females.
Ultimately our club’s goal is to provide player pathways into our GJDL Program and select only players from within our own Development programs to ensure our players are playing the APIA way - Fast, Possession based, Attack minded football and best develop and prepare them for the rigours of elite football through our well established and highly successful player pathways program.

Estella joined the club ahead of this season and quickly became one of the bubbliest personalities around Lambert Park, and one of the trickiest midfielders in the senior women`s space. All the very best with what`s next, Estella 🫶

Echoing the news announced by her A-League club Newcastle Jets a few days ago, we would like to take our turn to say thank you and wish the best of luck to six-year APIA representative Sophie Hoban who departs the Club for a European opportunity.
